"Our family of 5 adults truly loved our stay here with the beauty of Tuscany around us. Our trip started in Rome which we loved - but so glad the last part of our trip was in this relaxing home and area. We stepped in and instantly felt relaxed and at home. Beautiful home and gardens. Towns we visited while there were Chianti (loved Poggio Amorelli winery!), Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Nicoletta was very prompt in communication and very sweet. Highly recommend this booking!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic recommendation! We also loved the food in town at Cantina 97. It was awesome! We hope that we can come back to this special villa again someday!"

"We were a group of 10 using this house as a home base for our daily travels throughout Tuscany. Cally and Alex were fabulous. They were always quick to answer any questions we had. The house was so special…simply fabulous. Every inch of the house was just perfect. I was sad we didn’t get to spend more time enjoying the house and the amazing property. We had one night with Chef Ricardo who was incredible. He had such energy and passion, and his food was delicious! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I highly recommend Antico Macchione for your stay in Tuscany. "

"What an incredible experience. The home was beautiful and clean and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful along the countryside. Plenty of outdoor space and a pool to cool off during down time. A sweet little town with walkable streets. Our host, Graziella was so sweet and kind, accommodating for anything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. The color and intensity of the photos pictured online are a bit more vivid of the property and inside the home than in person, but we were still very happy with our stay. It is centrally located to many Tuscan villages. There is a great Gala grocery store in Sinalunga that has everything you need including a deli and bakery. There are endless castles, fortresses, grape fields, olive trees and cypress trees. "
