It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K. The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel.
