"I left my other lodgings because it was filthy and needed to find a place to stay in a city I don't know well. I landed at The Baymont and was treated so well by Jen. My room was very clean and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. I ended up staying for 5 days and felt very welcome. I was greeted by name by Milan at the front desk. The employees were all so friendly as was the manager!! The breakfast was delicious and I regretted not waking up early every day to eat. Thank you, Baymont!! I'll never stay anywhere else when visiting Sioux Falls!"

"My only hesitation in raving about The Dakota too much is a fear that they’ll raise their rates too high for me to return! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels through the years and this is one of my favorites. The outside grounds are only so so and I think they do themselves a disservice with the condition of their blacktop. The inside is kept very clean. The breakfast isn’t elaborate, but very good. The suite I stayed in is excellent. Not a full fridge but a good sized one (see picture). Huge microwave. Quiet, convenient location. Recommend highly! "

"When I arrived at the hotel, they could not locate our reservation. I had booked two rooms and they could find nothing. I had my confirmation number my itinerary information and there was no finding my reservation. The staff was so helpful. They found us their last two rooms and accommodated us at the rate that we were given through Hotels.com. This could’ve been a complete disaster. Had the staff not been so helpful with us. We were there moving family members from one state to another. So for us to arrive from another state and not have the hotel have our reservation was very concerning. I can’t say enough, how helpful the staff was I would recommend this hotel 10 times over. The breakfast was great. The rooms were fabulous. The service was exceptional. The views are impeccable. It’s very close to everything or not far from anything you would like to get to."
