You will enjoy the large open plan living area that cascades onto a private courtyard via floor to ceiling doors at the front of the home to catch the winter sun and to the rear to a large undercover deck including undercover BBQ area.
The deck is surrounded by lush gardens and has enviable views of an expansive grassed area that holds an alfresco dining area. The deck can be enjoyed no matter what the weather!
Both areas ensuring complete privacy with the rear garden being fully fenced and gated. Everyone can relax, even whilst enjoying a hot shower under the stars outside on the back deck.

THE FLOOR PLAN:
While still maintaining its "beach house" charm Lucy's Escape has a contemporary but relaxed feel with a quality kitchen at its heart with a dishwasher (tablets provided), oven, gas cook top, coffee machine (BYO Dolce Gusto pods) and microwave.
The dining area spills onto the rear deck allowing that indoor/outdoor feel even when you are eating inside.
You will sleep in comfort in one of the four extremely spacious bedrooms that have been thoughtfully furnished. Two contain queen beds and the other two have two king singles each. The master bedroom has adjoining ensuite. Both queen rooms are discretely separate offering complete privacy.
All bedrooms have large built-ins with plenty of coat hangers, comfortable beds and a range of pillows to suit every sleeper. You will drift off to sleep with the surf singing!
Both the ensuite and main shower room include plenty of hot water no matter how many guests!

Lucy's Escape will cater perfectly for families, groups of friends and couples. Your days will be filled with sun and sand, nights will be enjoyed on the fully undercover rear deck with our large gas BBQ and your good red!
A large alfresco dining area takes pride of place deep within the rear garden. Constructed of sand stone crazy paving, a bespoke solid timber dining table and benches, two swinging hammocks.
(PLEASE NOTE: Any form of camping, tents, plastic inflatable pools, tarps, 'SLIP n SLIDES' etc are not allowed in garden under any circumstance due to possible lawn damage)
You may also wish to visit the site of Lucy's sister property PORTSEA, privately owned and managed by the same owners.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge fees for enjoying your holiday with pets therefore
pets are allowed with Management approval only. Please declare at time of enquiry. And because we do not charge, bedding and feeding utensils are not supplied, Owners must bring what is needed for their pets comfort. It is recommended that all pets be tick protected at all times. Maximum 2 dogs at any one time.
EXTENDED CHECK IN/OUT TIMES can be arranged (unless stated otherwise, see below) at an additional fee of $40 per hour beyond advertised times. Guest request will be subject to availability and only with prior Management consent. Maximum increase 2 hours.
Due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be offered during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure is to book an extra night.
