One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was outstanding—an abundant spread with fresh, delicious options that made it easy to start each day slowly and enjoy the view and atmosphere. I also highly recommend booking a private guide through the hotel. I spent a day exploring with Lucy, and it was one of the best travel decisions I made. For $180, you get a full day (roughly 10am–4pm) with an exceptionally knowledgeable guide who can tailor the itinerary to exactly what you want to see. Lucy’s depth of historical and cultural knowledge is unmatched, and she made every stop—from the major landmarks to the small details—far more meaningful. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service and a truly memorable experience, Seven Hills Palace Hotel is an excellent choice."

We appreciate all the tour arrangements he made for us. Breakfast is the same every day but much to choose from.
