"On the surface this house has a lot going for it but once you peel back a layer there are some issues. You get what you pay for...Let me start by saying the location in Scotland is great for access to many sightseeing locations but the house is on the main road and the bedrooms bordering the road do not allow anyone to sleep past 6am unless you are used to sleeping next to a busy road. "We had a couple of busy days around our stay at the schoolhouse so we probably didn’t make the most of all that was on offer but we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and sanctuary it offered after a busy day out 😊"

"We had a lovely few days in this property and the weather was stunning too. We made good use of the hot tub, the bbq and the walled garden great for relaxing. About a mile or so out of Cupar so not suitable to walk into. Very central to visit local things though we went to the East coast Crail, Anstruther etc and also went the other way to Fawlkand and Auchtrrmucty. All in all very good x "

"Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!"
