This was our second time here. Last year was great, this year not so much. Overnight front desk guy was very unpleasant. During check in we paid cash and he never offered a receipt, we had to ask for it and he seemed surprised. Never ever smiled. We stayed 5 nights and every time we got back to the hotel he had a mad face on, so much that made us uncomfortable. Day guys were fine and courteous. Management needs to retrain the staff to be more pleasant. Because of just one guy, we may never go back.

Good business Hotel
A small business oriented hotel in the heart of Batel, Curitibia. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke reasonable English ( a rare finding in Brazil) Rooms were clean and not so luxury. Breakfast was just above basic. No gym.

A válvula hidra do vaso sanitário estava disparando, sendo preciso deixar o parafuso de dentro à mostra, pois caso contrário a descarga não cessava. O sabonete líquido do chuveiro não saia do recipiente, ou melhor, era muito difícil, talvez porque estivesse no fim. Ainda assim, o sabonete não é de boa qualidade.

Não há o espaço indicado na foto entre a cama e a mesa, sendo praticamente impossível usar a cadeira. Banheiro com porta que abre pouco e bate no vaso sanitário. Café da manhã pouco variado e com pão duro. Ar condicionado liga, mas não gela. Apesar de o quarto ter sido limpo e ficado cheiroso, as quinas do piso do banheiro estavam brancas, como se houvesse sujeira antiga acumulada. De vantagem, apenas a cama gigante e confortavel, funcionários simpaticos, boa localização, farmacia e mercado literalmente ao lado e proximo, roupa de cama e toalhas limpa e macia.
