"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I like the quiet location, but yet close enough to the city centre that we could walk. We'd walk to the Dockland shop area for breakfast, then continue walking into the city centre for our destinations. We also found it to be a safe location. "Great room for a quick stay, location is convenient and the facility has a market, food hall and bus station located onsite. They also offer free parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. A few things for attention, the rooms do not have a thermostat for air conditioning, however there are windows to open if necessary. The beds are twin size and and not as comfortable as you may hope for if you are a tall individual. Very happy with our stay!"

"A lovely hotel situated right at St. Stephen's Green and just a short walk to Grafton Street for shopping. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling and always looking to help in some way. A large spacious room with everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. "We were given a room as soon as we arrived early in the morning. I can’t thank them enough for allowing us to our room at 7 AM. We were able to rest and make up for the lost night in the plane (coming from NYC). Included breakfast is several levels above brand hotel chains in the US. Room very clean. 3 minute walk from Trinity College main entrance. I’m very likely to come back. Thank you!!"

"Lovely and clean, very modern. Staff were great. A unique touch was the retro radio and amplifier in the room where you can grab a guitar from the bar and plug into in your room if you wish, all for free. We were offered drinks vouchers in return for not having our room cleaned which suited us as we were only there for 2 nights. 8 min walk to Temple bar area. Overall a great hotel in an ideal spot being only a short walk from the busy area but situated in a fairly quiet area. Thanks for a great weekend! "
