Casona La Recoleta

3.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (52)
"Casona La Recoleta is a wonderful place to stay at Cusco. My spouse became ill from the altitude sickness upon arrival. The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms. My spouse kept on and off the oxygen without success of bringing her blood oxygen level up on her own. We ran out of the oxygen in the middle of the night, and the 24-hr onsite staff helped with another tank while I was trying to book a flight to get us down to Lima...

Hotel Rojas Inn

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (264)
"Very pretty hotel that was clean and well maintained. Staff were super helpful, one even helped me learn more Spanish. 🙂 They made me special scrambled eggs without jambon for breakfast because I don’t eat meat. Hotel Rojas has portable heaters for comfort. And hot water!. I had two rooms, one before the four day Inka trail and one after. The room on the second floor was spacious with a lovely opening window. The room on the first floor was more basic but coat less. Both rooms were very clean...

Huascaran Casa Boutique Cusco

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (397)
"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

Hotel & Apartments RHOUSE

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (169)
"The hotel provided a nice stay for our 1 night in Cusco. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city center which is where most of the restaurants and shopping are. Only issue, which was nothing the hotel could control, was a lot of local dogs barking during the night. "

El Labrador Hostal

2.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (120)
"The room was freezing cold with no heating. Lots of blankets so you eventually got warm in the bed. Shower water never got warm. Standard Peruvian breakfast but smaller, consisting of bread, 1 scrambled egg and a small juice. Good location for walking to the main square"

Hospedaje Keros Bed & Breakfast

2.5 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (20)
"The hotel is well situated in the city of Cusco. The room was clean and bathroom very efficient. Hot water was provided, however it was difficult to temper the water. The room was on the upper level and did not have heat. I slept with my coat and hat on as the temperature does drop to 36 Fahrenheit at night. I ended up staying an extra night. Check out was very painful. I needed to do get my change and processed to the airport. It took me over 30 minutes to rectify at the bar."
