"This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. Casa Andina Premium Cusco

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (967)
"This is the second part of a two part stay at this hotel. The room was a much smaller space, so much so we had to put our suitcase in the bathroom, there was no ceiling fan (which was needed that night) and there was a giant window in the bathroom...

"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick...
