"The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise. I also told them we were staying for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne free of charge and bought a cake from a local bakery that was ready when we arrived. "The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. The service was top notch, everyone at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners actually work at the Posada, all 3 are very friendly and have some good English.
