"Under new management.New mgr.and family are extremely hospitable and very eager to please and insure guests are satisfied.Although,they are making great improvements to the property,they have a big job ahead fixing the neglected repairs and upkeep prior MGMT ignored.Needs more housekeeping staff.Also can use some updates on furniture and curtains definitely.overall for the price and location I was satisfied.mo bugs in my room,ac cold,clean."

The cleaniness and extra supplies with welcome letter provided the right amount of comfort from the hosts right off the bat. This is a must visit. The mermaid pool was a very neat touch!
