"Lagon 2 is an excellent hotel and one of the best choices in Dakar. The location on the water is very beautiful and the hotel is very comfortable, clean and the staff are all very gracious and helpful. The air conditioning works well and the room is spacious. "The only really uncomfortable issue with the hotel is that it is pretty old/dated the carpet smells and the air conditioning is good enough except that there is so much humidity that the bedding always feels damp - get a dehumidifier installed and it won't be so smelly or damp."
