"Really enjoyed our stay - the room was really clean, and comfortable. We really liked this particular room type - separate room, toilet and living room. The staff were all friendly and would occasionally smile whenever we walked past. We liked our housekeeper who we always greeted every morning (except on our check out day). Location was convenient - to many food places, metro, can walk to attractions, etc. One point to improve on could perhaps be to inform the guests of their room number...

"Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel is near light rail station situated at the old harbor area. Room is spacious enough for business & foreign travelers plus international socket available in room. Room wall is slightly thin be wary of certain rooms comes with safety notification plate placed near windows ceiling with lights that cannot be switched off. Desk staff is good enough to provide some advise on restaurants but don't expect much. Do expect minimalist service which I don't mind. "
