"Asked about transport to downtown. Seemed perplexed at my question, even though it is the perennial question for this property. He kept saying too far to walk, which I hadn’t mentioned. He finally came out with it. Taxi is the only way,he said. which I find peculiar, since the train station can take you there directly and it is just down the street. "Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel is near light rail station situated at the old harbor area. Room is spacious enough for business & foreign travelers plus international socket available in room. Room wall is slightly thin be wary of certain rooms comes with safety notification plate placed near windows ceiling with lights that cannot be switched off. Desk staff is good enough to provide some advise on restaurants but don't expect much. Do expect minimalist service which I don't mind. "
