It is unfortunate that finger pointing is done when things don't go as requested. I expected better service being with this brand. No one from mgmt. contacted me even after I made a request and follow-up the next day. Dirty pillows on what appeared to be a recently made bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed here for a single night on my way south through DFW and was so impressed I made a point of staying here again when passing through again a few days later. The property is modern, well appointed, clean and comfortable. As an added bonus the cost was quite reasonable. During my stay I paid less than I did in other much less desirable motel/hotels I used on this trip. That said I'd imagine a Cowboys or Texans home game might change the rates considering how close their home fields are to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and attentive and greeted me when I returned each night and wished me a good day every morning when I left. It should be noted there is very little within walking distance of the hotel but a short drive will get you to anything you may need. I highly recommend this hotel. It was one of the highpoints of my trip to Texas. I visit the area fairly frequently and think I have found my go to hotel after years of staying at other places that, while satisfactory, were nothing I would recommend with any real enthusiasm.
