"The property was clean, there was extra material in the restroom for use. The owner was great at getting us extra toilet paper when we asked. There was complimentary cookies and drinks which was nice. The room on the left did get very hot but the room on the right was good. "

"We had a lovely stay the view was nice and hearing the ocean waves at night were very calming. The home is Vintage but it’s very homey. One of the beds is very hard and the other is soft. If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

"The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay."

The description is very accurate- the apartment has been recently renovated and we felt that the value was terrific. The Club House was right next door and we used it on our last night for a small family gathering. Highly recommend. "

The unit itself is cozy but might be considered a bit tight - nonetheless it has the essentials that let you get comfy when you return after a day out. Without AC, it can get a bit warm though a fan is provided and keeping the windows open helps bring the temperature down in the evening."

"This was the perfect beach apartment for my stay. It is literally just a few steps to the walkway leading down to the beach and walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The host communicated instructions clearly"

"The apt is in near the center of town. About a block from Main Beach and is on the Coast Hwy. From the balcony there is a view of the ocean. The kitchen is a good size and nicely outfitted. The bedrooms are ample. As previously stated the showers are extremely small (narrow) and the toilets are low. Also, there are fair amount of stairs since the apt is on the second floor. There is an art gallery below. "
