"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. "Overall, the hotel was built to house large group tourists. Material used in the building isn't very high quality. Cheap carpets everywhere and ripped here and there... Looks a lot better from the outside and lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. Thin walls - you can hear someone next room flushing toilet or taking shower. BUT!! I am giving it a four star rating because you are paying for 1 to 1.5 star hotel and you are getting 2.5 star hotel room. "
