"Overall this was a good place to stay during our trip to Tanzania. Location is very convenient to shops, ferry, taxis and also felt safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. He quickly resolved some issues we had. Even had fresh coconut water for all of us upon arriving. It could have been a little better clean and the bathroom showers convenient to use but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This is a great place to stay in Mikocheni. Easy for drivers to find, close enough restaurant options, etc. The place is really nice and comfortable and we felt totally safe up on the high floor (there is also an elevator.) The AC and Wifi both worked without any issues. We had some issues with staff, but our host was so very accommodating and helpful. The views were beautiful as well. I hope to stay here again."

"The apartment layout is nice and convenient. It is close to many amenities such restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc… Very convenient. The manager Emil is wonderful and very responsive. The few issues we found have mostly to do with cleanliness. The apartment is not well cleaned. The bathroom are not well cleaned and fixtures are old. Towels not clean. On our first day we found a green lezard crawling on the wall. I have to call the security guy to remove it. One of the bathroom doors cannot...
