Newly established super studio flat, can sleep 2. The entire floor of the flat is covered in laminate flooring, and part floor tiles on the kitchen floor. The entrance corridor is has a nice painting on one side of the wall with a coat hanger. On the other side you you find a beautiful mirror, where you can do a final check on your appearance before you step out of the flat.

The incredible kitchen is kitted with all basic amenities to make it homely and comfortable for guest. Amenities such as oven, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, fridge, utensils etc. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a 42inch Smart TV with Amazon sports channel on request at a nominal fees.

Large modern shower enclosure, vanity unity sink and modern toilet cistern. Large room big enough to accommodate a Modern iron base double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawer with bed side lamp, reading table with chair, radio alarm clock, carpet, painting. Close to local amenities, DavidLloyd, leisure centre, pubs, restaurants. All the above are just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Town centre is 7 minutes walk. 5 minutes drive to join the M25 and the A2. Bluewater shopping mall is only 10 minutes drive. Lakeside shopping is 15 minutes drive away. Parking is available nearby street.
