"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. Well done and keep it up! "

"The property is linked to the One Utama Shopping mall which have heaps of dinning option. Although the property room are a bit aged and old. Showers temperature was hard to be adjusted...either too hot or too cold and water pressure wasn't good. Overall service was good. "

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."

However, on the day of check-in, although we headed to Zone H for parking, there were no directional signs to guide us on where the hotel lobby was or which section we should be parking. Unlike The Gardens Hotel which we stayed on a few occasions, directional signs are there hence parking's not a problem. "I like the environmental concerns of this property. Filtered water tap is provided in each room so no plastic drinking water. Walking distance to all major malls in Bukit Bintang area. New and modern. Easy self parking and the parking charges is only RM2.20 per day. Good shower pressure and temperature setting. Easy to Grabs with pick up location right at the lobby area. The location is away from traffic jam right in front of Pavillion Mall street. "

"We've been staying at the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur since 2017, and it remains our go-to for its outstanding value and prime location. It's a solid 4-star establishment with comfortable, clean rooms. What sets it apart is its proximity to KLCC—just a short walk or a quick, complimentary buggy ride away. For runners like me, it's perfectly situated; I never miss a chance to fit in a 10 km run around the beautifully maintained KLCC Central Park, which also links to safe bike lanes for some city freestyling early in the morning. A heads-up about breakfast: the service can get crowded during peak hours from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. To avoid a rush and start your day smoothly, I recommend heading to the 5th-floor restaurant before 7:30 AM. The staff is incredibly friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience at Traders. "
