"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Most beautiful country home to stay in. Very cozy and warm. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our chats with them. It’s a working farm and my husband coming from the farm really enjoyed that. Our best stay here in Wales or Britain as we are here for 6 weeks in all. Very nice walks on the road and the villages were beautiful. Very quiet stay as well and the bed was excellent.
