"I was quite frustrated when I arrived as the photo of the pool gave the impression it was close to the sea and there was no mention of the hill you had to climb, I am diabetic and have a hip replacement but even my sons who are fit and in their 20’s struggled to walk up the hill, obviously the heat didn’t help. We therefore walked down but taxied back which was inconvenient as there were only a few and costly. If I had known I would not a have booked or at least been prepared! The apartment...

"This property was terrific for my husband and I and our adult daughter with friends. Location was great - beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, and wonderful visits from the cockatoos. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, shuttle pick up was nearby which was great because we couldn't put 5 people on the buggy, and Luxury Holidays were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive to any of our questions and requests. We loved our visit to Hamilton Island!"

"We spent 3 nights here on the quieter side of the island. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay and no need to bring anything extra. Frank was a great communicator and made sure everything was attended to. The buggy was easy to use and very handy as IGA and other amenities were just down the hill. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside. Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning...

We stayed here for 5 nights - the apartment had everything you could have needed from kitchen facilities to outdoor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the view. "The apartment was fantastic but we thought there were a few things that may need to be looked at like the bbq didn’t have any gas in the gas bottle, the sliding door on the bedroom wouldn’t lock, the foldable clothing line had better days. Apart from that we had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone."

"Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer.
