"It was a nice hotel, and it seems to be fairly new. The only negative experience was the lack of laundry facilities, there is one washer and one dryer in the entire building, that in my opinion it’s nowhere enough for a facility this size, and to make it worst, the washer was not working and no one in maintenance knew how to get it to work since it was a third party who owns the machines and was responsible for maintenance as well. "

On the second day, it was a different server and he charged us for ordering veggie omelet and I told him that on our first day we had the same order and I didn't have to pay any additional, but he refused to listen.
