"The staff was very helpful and the facility was wonderful and spotless. I had great difficulty with the environmental controls in the room, but that my be due to my own technical inexperience. The shuttle delivered us to the airport at 0400 and the driver also checked us out."

"The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade. "
