"Check in process was horrible. I was supposed to check in at 4 so I arrived one hour early. I hadn’t received my access code so I reached out to the host. I didn’t get a response until 4:35 with my access code with an apology saying she didn’t know what happened. I was so tired and hot from the long drive for us to have to keep waiting on our host to reply. I booked this stay on July 5th, our stay was July 10th ridicules waste of time trying to get in our rental to rest. "

"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
