"Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not."

"This was a fantastic stay and very good value: excellent location, spatious, cross-ventilated, excellent bed-mattresses, well equipped, including laundry in the building. Access details were communicated just a day before arrival, and the narrow circular stair is a bit difficult to manage with large luggage, but overall near-perfect for our needs."

"The place was great and clean. The stairs to the bedrooms were very steep. Location was great, amenities were great. The one annoyance was the night time critter bites. Looked high and low for anything but the itchy bites were undenyable. Very itchy "
