spa was not so great, the pay parking is a rip off , it was expensive and I was overcharge. I didn't eat at the hotel and I wouldn't know if the food is good or bad. There wasn't a microwave for warming up food. "

"We only stayed one night as we were boarding a cruise ship the next morning. The hotel was clean and the room we had was well appointed with a sauna, TV in bathroom, etc. However, the air conditioning was inadequate and despite manipulation with the room control the room would not get reasonably cool. We did not sleep well in the room that night. I would not stay there again."

"Nice property with comfortable rooms. Missed the luxury mark by not having robes, slippers, or towels available in the wellness area. Towels had to be brought from the room, and robes cost 10 euro a piece. Bar upstairs only serves house cocktails and could not make a martini. "

"The property is charming and conveniently located, the
spa is wonderful, the front desk team is very pleasant, the room was nice, ac worked great (it was hot), bathroom only had a small shower which was a bit disappointing, small misses (tv didn't work and wasn't repaired and coffee wasn't refilled one day) made it not a true 5 star experience"

"This hotel is very convenient for business with some of the nearby international entities. However there is not much of anything else around the neighbourhood. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Without exception they are excellent and in particular the bar and restaurant staffers. You can have great amenities as this hotel does but it is always the staff that makes the difference and in this case you could not do better. "
