You’ll have access to the entire house, including the 2-car garage (fits 2 compact cars or 1 mid-sized SUV). Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet are provided. Please note this is a multi-level townhome with only one bedroom on the ground level, and all other amenities are accessible by stairs. We offer contactless check-in/out via digital keypads and 24/7 guest services.

No smoking inside or on the main level barbecue deck. Smoking is allowed on the roof deck—dispose of butts properly to avoid a $250 odor fee.
No parties. Quiet hours (10pm-8am) must be observed. Noise violations result in eviction and a $500 fine.
We welcome well-behaved pets with a $100 pet fee. Please clean up after them.

Not very clean!

The decor was as shown online- very stylish and modern. Unfortunately, it was not clean. All three bathrooms were dirty. Hairs were in the tub, shower and under the sink. There were two washcloths, both stained and dirty with makeup. The carpet is heavily stained and dirty. The WiFi never worked. On our last day, the code to get out of the gate stopped working. We had to find a neighbor and use their gate remote to let us out. The property manager was difficult to get ahold of.

Very negative experience

Awful stay! This is my first negative review after many VRBO stays. Problems were as follow: 1. Upon arrival we had difficulty locating the garage. Contacted the property manager. Was told to follow information in the instruction book in the unit. No book was there. 2. There was a bag of garbage strewn about on the rooftop area. Garbage items included: spoiled food, drug paraphernalia and toilet paper with what looked like feces on it. Texted the property manager about it, they never addressed this issue or texted me back about it. Had to clean it all up myself. (I have photos) 3. I was contacted by the property manager on Day 2 of our stay demanding that I pay for the stay immediately. I had to sift through my credit card receipts from months ago to prove that I had already paid. I sent him a screenshot of my paid fee. When I asked him about the garbage in the unit he said “I’ll alert the cleaning staff so it doesn’t happen again”. Unreal. 4. The pillows had dried proteinaceous fluids on them. We had to clean all of them. We didn’t want to rest our heads on what appeared to be semen. 5. Went to put the sheets on the pull out bed and found quite a bit of long, black hair on the sheets/pillowcases. Things clearly aren’t being washed. 6. Several of the bathroom sinks and one shower didn’t drain. Pretty gross. 7. Fire pit on roof isn’t hooked up to gas. So it’s just for show?? 8. Bath mats were filthy. Had to wash these as well. I would not stay here again!
