"My Place Hotel in Akeny IA is more of a quick, economical, budget friendly hotel. Room and accommodations, bed all sufficient, however the Hotel is used by many traveling service people so as a single woman, I felt it wasn’t perhaps as safe that had a greater mix of families. That said the hotel is in a great location with restaurants, the halls are well lit, and overall a very good choice for the price."
