"Three friends and I recently stayed at the Baymont in Des Moines to attend a scrapbooking weekend. The hotel was not the newest, but was comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and kind. Two of us needed to stay another night and they helped us switch rooms easily. My travel pillow had been left behind in the first room and the housekeeping service tracked us down in our new room to deliver it to me. That was beyond excellent service! "Overall the Stay was great, bed was comfortable, hotel nice and quiet for my busy business trip. Only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast, the same eggs and sausage were served for multiple days; by the 3rd day they were terrible. Some other fresh fruit options besides the same bananas that were out all week would be nice, and the juices in the large glass dispensers were not refreshed each day so there was little left of the OJ by the end of the week. "
