"Literally on the beach, perhaps 400 yards from the crashing waves, with an infinity pool... What could be better? The property is in a small semi residential area. A few restaurants and small apartments/ hotels are there. You can swap to breakfast at Casa Islesa (excellent) or grab a burger at Big Kuhuna's. For dinner, we drive into Rincon. "

The house is on the mountain so beautiful views. the drive up to the house is about 8minutes from down town. The drive is kind of difficult and can be scary! But after a few times driving it, it got much easier! But 100% worth it! "

"Very nice villa, an excellent pool, and very responsive management. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the Rincon area. Short but somewhat steep walk to the beach. "
