The laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, is conveniently located off the kitchen. The two guest bedrooms on the first floor cater to various preferences, with one hosting a queen bed and a private bath, and the other featuring two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a full bathroom with dual access.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.


This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.


Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.


This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.
