"Very welcoming and helpful check-in staff. I had a walking tour package sent to this hotel by the tour company and upon check-in, the staff promptly brought me the package so I didn't even have to ask around. The hotel staff also helped me look up the cutoff time on sending my big luggage to the next location which could be done in the morning before my departure instead of the afternoon before."

"Easy to walk to from the train station probably around 10 mins. We arrived slightly early and asked if we could use the free bike rental for 2 hours which they were happy to arrange for us. Just 1000Yen deposit for each bicycle. The onsen was great and opens till 1am so we were able to use it after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet was nice as we got to try lots of different type of japanese style breakfast. Overall a great stay for family and I would come again if I was ever in Nagayo."
