"The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity. "Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly. "

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."

"Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. The drink options were very nice with the all inclusive spirits and cocktails being rather pleasant especially compared to other hotels where the drink can be hard to stomach."
