"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"This is good hotel to stay, rooms are good but don't expect too much. Food from restaurant is good. However their staff need some better training for hospitality which I can understand as it's ~3 star hotel. We overpaid for our stay as I visited during kumbh but if you get this hotel in below 2-3k with breakfast it's good deal( btw I paid 10k per night per room)..so it was not value for money for me"

"Property is awesome. Mr. Akshay/Abhishek (some guest addressing him as Akshay and some guest addressing him as Abhishek) and Amit Shukla give us best hospitality. Mr. Amit is managing from Delhi and continues connected with us, while Mr. Akshay/Abhishek is available in person at property at 24 by 7 and taking very good care. I am very happy with hospitality and care by Mr. Akshay/Abhishek and Mr. Amit. "
