"The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the same way, also very difficult to get reservations at the hotel restaurants, seems that they might be under staffed and when you stay at an all inclusive you expect to be able to eat at whatever restaurant that belong to that resort without issue. The restaurant that we were able to go to were very good! Entertainment or lack of was a big negative to me also. Not sure if I would revisit this property again. "

"The hotel was overall beautiful and we had a nice view from our room. But what was advertised as a "junior suite" was just a normal hotel room with an ocean view and balcony. No other amenity in the room. Overall the wait staff was nice and accommodating. But the staff when you first check-in, most of them had no idea what they were doing and were not the friendliest. Asking for a simple receipt when I checked out, I was told I could not get one because I had "already checked out" and next time to ask for a receipt before I check out. I don't think there could have been a more ridiculous answer. Finally, while the drinks were good, can you actually put alcohol in them? People come to get a little tipsy and for a good time, not to drink the equivalent of water while having spent thousands of dollars. "

"View from room was okay, partial parking lot & ocean. Front desk staff was not very inviting or friendly checking in or out, the rest of the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc.) were outstanding! Definitely family friendly. Property needs updating, but generally acceptable for price. Not a fan of not being able to have dinner each night at a sit-down restaurant each night. We could only book 4 nights with a 7 day stay, not acceptable!"

"The place is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Plenty of beach and chairs for those gorgeous beach days. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. "
