"It is an ‘ok’ hotel, convenient for the train into the city and really close to the Vienna International Centre. Staff didn’t seem particularly well informed regarding things to do in the local area. Unfortunately I had a room that adjoined another room, although the adjoining door was obviously locked, I could still clearly hear the other person, therefore assume they could also hear me. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is well located (only 12 - 15 mins leisurely walk from the Makartsteg Bridge that crosses the Salzach), the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable. The only disappointment was that the complementary bottles of water (2) in the fridge are not replaced each morning. So regardless of a single or multiple night stay, you get the two bottles. "We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. We had a rental car and they offer valet parking for a fee. Location was very convenient to walk to all the cool sights in old city.
