Nice stay , hotels position is the main positive ! Room large and comfortable , did not have breakfast as not worth so expensieve !!! Negative : lack of toiletries : conditioner , body lotion .

The location is great and the staff are friendly. But the hotel is old and warned out, the carpet looks dirty and stained. The bathroom has a shower attached to a bathtub, which is not easy to get in and out of, and there is a half glass wall for shower, which is impossible to keep from getting the bathroom floor wet. Although the breakfast was included when I booked the hotel via Expedia, the staff told us that the breakfast was excluded and we needed to pay for it when we checked in.

Staff was lovely and helpful! They were responsive to my many inquiries including helping me figure out to get from the airport to the hotel using public transportation. The hotel is a lovely area walkable to the Opera House and Albertina Museum. It has lovely shops and cafes to wander through. Hotel breakfast was delicious. I will definitely book this hotel again!
