"A great welcome when checking in. The staff had a lot thrown at them and they managed beautifully. Both coffee machines giving up on the same day one of the lifts broke down and a large group of overseas visitors arrived. They arranged hot water for drinks and the kitchen staff worked really hard keeping the buffet stocked. My double room was large and comfortable "

"I stayed in the room with a city view and it was excellent, a lot of space, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, the white robes and white slippers are always creating an luxurious feel. Amazing selection of tea, coffee, water and milk in the mini fridge in the room. Will stay again next time I am in Windsor."

"Absolutely stunning property. Everything is really stylish and high-end in the apartment and the setting is perfect for watching track action, even on non-event days. The rooftop balcony is so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Soundproofing is poor between the apartments downstairs as they are only separated by a retractable wall. However we were very lucky as we stayed at a quiet time, so only heard the cleaners and contractors. Staff were amazingly helpful. The restaurant and rooftop bar have incredible views of the track, which you can actually walk round in the evening. A wonderful stay! "

" Beautiful Hotel. Prefer if front desk lady didn’t keep asking personal questions!! What will you do when you’re here ? Have you been here before? Etc Sorry just prefer to check in quickly !! Hotel is far from City . Parking in the City is a nightmare!! Parking at the hotel is great . Super dinner food / atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty basic though . Overall a great hotel, in lovely grounds . Would stay here again ."

"Not a particularly well equipped room. Booked a triple family room, a grand total of 4 pillows between 3 beds. 1 Coffee cup between the three of us. Air con motor was quite loud. The train line is very noisy, there is little / no insulation to this. If I stay again, I will ask for a room the other side as it woke us all up in the night"
