"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with. "

"Brilliant place to stay, about fifteen minutes from airport after long flight. Rooms great, restaurants great, facilities great. The only downside that it is rather remote on the road from airport and if one wants to dine out, its a taxi ride, but as a pensioner, suits one hundred percent"

WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."
