"Staff was friendly and helpful on how to get around using public transportation. Breakfast was amazing definitely book ahead of time for the cheaper price. They had a a microwave in the common area and no refrigerators in the rooms. My only two con are they didn’t have wash cloths and the wifi wouldn’t work well on the main floor lobby/dinning area. "

"Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy access to Heathrow terminal 4 by way of a covered walkway then easy transfer to terminals 2 & 3. Terminal 4 is the Elizabeth Line. That takes to transfers to anywhere around London. Would stay here again. "
