5/5 Excellent
"Very nice hotel for business traveler. Room was good and convenient. Bed was comfy. Having a fridge, kettle and iron and board made my day. Staff very nice and polite. Hotel located above a small mall with a few stores and fast-food restaurants. The hotel is in a small isolated commercial neighborhood and very quiet at night. Room cleanliness was good but quite a few hairs on carpet and few really tiny ants were crawling on the walls and made it to my luggage and computer. Nothing major, it is tropical country after all and these ants are not the biting type that I encountered many times in Southeast Asia.
Only other minor issue was that breakfast selection which was very limited (sliced bread and cereals, eggs, couple fruits). Coffee was not included with breakfast and was at extra charge which is a bit odd.
Overall, a very good and convenient choice. I would go back, no doubt about that."
