We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). "Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc."

"I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria."
