"Room was nice and the location is fabulous. However, the WiFi didn’t work and they hadn’t yet switched from heat to A/C, so we had to keep the windows open above the very noisy street. Also, there is NO convenient parking whatsoever. On balance, a pretty nice place but with big downsides."

"Little jewelry piece of America in the gorgeous city of Varna. If you appreciate warm Southern Midwest atmosphere of a family managed typical INN - that`s your place. Excellent staff and service, gazebo grill, tasty breakfast in the fruit garden, pool, gym, own covered parking, all suites in traditional romantic southern style. Hardly recommended!"

"The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"

"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."
