"I pay $96 for a room hotel and I had a horrible room with holes in the blanket, the towels was second hand, we had to go and talk to her guard that was the only staff there and after 45 minuts we can change the room, we came there at might night tired and we have to argue a lot about the room change. I will never book the before. There are not shampoo, not hair dryer, the basic things was not enough!"

"Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rusty the dog was so sweet. Property is great for children with the pool and animals, but there are a lot of stairs when walking and exploring. I’m not sure it would work for everyone. We got in late after the restaurant was closed, so they had sandwiches and fruit prepared in our room without us even asking. It was the little touches for us. We loved it here! Highly recommend. "

"An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO"

"Cute location that had everything we needed. Rooms were clean, shower was hot, and it was a short walking distances to nice restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. We met a traveler from Europe who comes to Costa Rica a lot and this is the only place she stays! Note that the parking spot isn't very big if you have a rental car."

"Beautifully maintained property, excellent staff and service. Organic herb gardens, small farm with animals. Did not use spa services. Cabin 7 is kinda funky with huge bathtub, requiring a lot of water to fill, and a fireplace that adds ambiance. Kitchen sink with small refrigerator, but no glasses or kitchen towel. "Elizabeth and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that our time with them was safe and convienient. Despite the fact that our plane was delayed multiple times and we ended up coming in at a VERY unhappy hour, they gave us a shuttle from the airport, which is quite close, and also provided a breakfast in advance of our early departure. A solid place run by real people who are generous and sincere. Our thanks, Elizabeth and Daniel!"
