"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza."

"Só tenho para falar de bom! Fomos bem recebidos, a anfitriã acompanhou nossa chegada, todas as dúvidas foram esclarecidas de prontidão. Aproveitamos bastante o chalé e também a cidade. Localização boa. O ponto chave foi o passeio de Buggy oferecido pelos anfitriões. Foi incrível. Super indico o passeio de Buggy. Atenção, cordialidade, educação, respeito e gentileza fazem parte da equipe. Obrigada 😃 Em breve estaremos de volta!"

"This residential hotel is so much more comfortable than staying at a supposedly fancy hotel nearby. For the solo business traveler or vacationing family. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet and comfortable."

"Amazing property in an amazing place. This is a "lesser walked path". Secluded and beautiful fishing village with nice restaurants. Try Temperos do Nildo's Restaurant nearby if you want to give your taste buds a treat. I recommend the "Mariscada"."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"A estadia foi boa. Lamentamos que o condiminio estava em reforma, e assim a piscina de crianças não estava disponível. Seria interessante o apartamento ter aspirador de po, para facilitar a limpeza diária devido à areia da praia. Por fim deu tudo certo, o condomínio é muito bom, e o atendimento foi excelente."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"Hotel muy bonito frente a la playa. No tiene servicio de playa pero hay muchos clubes y barracas frente donde uno puede guarecerse del sol con servicio de comida, piscina, duchas y baños. La playa es linda y tranquila (preferible antes que las del centro) pero fuimos a principios de año y el agua se llenó de microalgas produciendo que se torne de un color marrón horrible. Esos días optamos por tomar un Uber e ir a otras playas más al sur. El hotel posee un buen Restaurant, los precios acordes. Servicio de bar en la piscina, salón de juegos, desayuno. El personal: algunas personas sumamente atentas, otras no tanto. El idioma nos limitó un poco y no nos explicaron a la entrada todos los servicios del hotel. Por la noche se apagan las luces de la zona de la pileta (queda cerrada), salón de juegos y salón de sillones con lo cual es inevitable volver a la habitación. Había un grupo de personas sentado en los sillones cerca del bar en la oscuridad. No me pareció bien que no les dejaran las luces para que pudieran quedarse un rato más allí. La limpieza excelente, nos cambiaban loas toallas todos los días y las sábanas cada tres. El servicio se extendía hasta las 16:00 horas. El desayuno variado, faltando unos minutos para las 10:00 pasaba la señorita de recepción diciendo que en 10 minutos se cerraba. Optamos por ir en Uber a Beiramar algunas noches. Hay persona de Seguridad durante el día, no sé si en las noches. Enfrente hay un kiosco y una hamburguesería "

"Excelente estrutura, praia maravilhosa, areia branca, muita privacidade, colaboradores educados e prestativos, nota dez para Suze, Kevin, Lucélia. O bangalô é excelente com 2 banheiros, 2 quartos e sala. O check-in não foi bom, o recepcionista não foi honesto e não deu o upgrade garantido pelo site expedia, porém no outro dia a gerente de recepção Suze resolveu tudo sem deixar nenhuma insatisfação."

"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "
