"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"O hotel é maravilhoso, só não dou 10 pelo banheiro que não é fechado e molha tudo, pela falta de variedade do café da manhã que poderia melhorar, não tinha bolo, tapioca doce nem crepes doces. E algumas coisas como por exemplo abridor de vinho e travesseiro não conseguimos porque o hotel não estava preparado pra alta demanda. Pecou por isso mas não atrapalhou nosso final de semana em família! "

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"This residential hotel is so much more comfortable than staying at a supposedly fancy hotel nearby. For the solo business traveler or vacationing family. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet and comfortable."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"Amazing property in an amazing place. This is a "lesser walked path". Secluded and beautiful fishing village with nice restaurants. Try Temperos do Nildo's Restaurant nearby if you want to give your taste buds a treat. I recommend the "Mariscada"."

"Só tenho para falar de bom! Fomos bem recebidos, a anfitriã acompanhou nossa chegada, todas as dúvidas foram esclarecidas de prontidão. Aproveitamos bastante o chalé e também a cidade. Localização boa. O ponto chave foi o passeio de Buggy oferecido pelos anfitriões. Foi incrível. Super indico o passeio de Buggy. "The service and the food were excellent. For those that don't speak Portuguese, most staff spoke good English. At the onsite restaurants they also had photos with the menu and multiple language options. The spa was very relaxing and included a steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi was inside the spa area and looked out onto the pool and the ocean. The beach nearby wasn't the nicest, but there was a nice biking and walking/running path along the beach and places to eat and hang out."

"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "
