"We stayed here for a night as it is well-placed for a visit to George Sand's house at Nohant. This is a traditional French country hotel although we were allocated a room in the modern extension across the road. Good and secure parking. Friendly reception. Room was spacious with access to gardens, fixtures and fittings in bathroom perhaps in need of a slight refurbishment. Evening meal from the fixed menu was excellent and inexpensive, breakfast in the morning was equally good. Would definitely...

"Great villa with superb pool. Bbq and outside area. Kitchen bedrooms lounge and dining room all brilliant. La châtre superb town with plenty of life. Montgivray very quiet so you need a car."

"Large cottage, owner lovely and helpful, bathroom seats need to be fixed and down side you have to either pay for bedsheets or bring your own! Cows in sight, lots of bugs, cleaning again: either you pay or DIY😅 "

"Notre week-end cest bien déroulé, je dirai que lenplus difficiles cet de communiqué avec les propriétaire qui parle tres peut français, et nois on parle pas anglais. Cest la seule choses qui npus a.plus embêtée . Autrement rien a redire tout ete bien ."
