I specifically requested to check in early as I has an event starting at 1pm at the hotel and i need to shower and dress for event. the receptionist instead of checking of a room is...

"I spent two weeks at ONOMO and everyday something is broke. The TV in my room did not work for five days and one to fix it. Many times the towels were still dirty. No shampoo the entire stay."
