"The price online didn't look too bad until you added the $20 per day "resort fee" even though this is not a resort and the $40 per day fee for parking. We were told the resort fee included certain amenities including dental items, but we forgot our mouthwash and asked about it we were told it would cost $3. I would not stay here again."

"The property is truly charming, filled with character and history. We stayed in the Cheshire Room and, despite the building’s age, we didn’t experience anything haunted during our stay—just a peaceful and restful atmosphere! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which added to a great night’s sleep. Breakfast with the chef was a highlight; everything was made from scratch and crafted with love. "What a gem! Our room was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. Located above the Union Station in the heart of downtown Denver. The amenities - so many! The best - free transportation within a 2-mile radius. Also super convenient spot to catch a shuttle to concert at Red Rocks. The staff was so friendly. We will be back! "

"We stayed two nights last week to celebrate our anniversary. It was definitely between seasons and it showed-no crowds and no reservations required at the restaurant. The grounds definitely feel like a campus rather than hotel. Very clean and pretty. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the nespresso in the room and enjoyed the use of the free bikes. The staff learned it was our anniversary and brought us a bottle of wine. We thought it a nice touch. The hot tub and steam room was nice."

Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Dolce by Wyndham

"This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The inside is stunning. It feels extravagant and comfortable and like a mountain lodge all wrapped into one. When you walk into the lobby there is a giant fireplace and a tall ceiling with a ton of windows that allow a perfect view of the Cheyenne Mountain. There is a deck that faces the mountain right outside of the lobby that has a bunch of seating and fire pits. You can order food and dine out there or just relax and enjoy the view and company. We at at the restaurant and it was incredible! We had dinner and lunch there and were very impressed with the quality of food and service. We also ate breakfast at the buffet and it didn’t disappoint. The view was breathtaking and the buffet was very good. The food was fresh and they used quality ingredients. You can definitely tell. My husband and I travel together a lot and we are foodies. I have been to many hotel breakfasts and this one is the best resort buffet that I have been to. This was hands down a place that you don’t want to leave. The room was very nice. We had a balcony that faced the mountain. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. I can’t wait to go back and stay at this resort. I just can’t say enough about it. We wanted to stay another night and would have if we didn’t have other obligations the next day. "
